Subject: ASSISTANCE TO APPLY FOR ACCOMODATION FUND IN SUNWAY TES

By referring to the above statement, I Miss (YOUR NAME) has successfully received the acceptance letter  to further my tertiary education in Sunway TES under the scholarship given by  your foundation. Therefore, I am very grateful for this opportunity.

2.         From the letter I received, I was offered with PPAM A Scholarship July intake in Sunway TES (Scheme B). I am writing to make an appeal if I can get an accommodation fund to cover the accommodation fees while studying at Sunway TES. 

3.         Sir, I pertain to a middle class family and although my parents are working, but the costs of my life expenses in Sunway TES could be a bit burden to them as my brothers are still in school and we also have to pay for our grandmother medicine fees . Since, living in the Sunway neighbourhood can be quite a costly living, my family would have trouble trying to pay for the accommodation expense throughout these 3 years. Therefore, we would like to ask for your great gratitude to award us with an accommodation fund so that I could pursue my education smoothly. 

4.         The reason why I chose to study CAT-ACCA in Sunway TES is because I would like to gain experience from this healthy and mind-challenging environment that contains multiple race and various nationalities. This environment will allow me to train myself to be more dynamic, resilient and create higher leadership qualities when being in a group of students who comes from different countries. 

5.         In addition, I’m sure that this golden experience will not only help me to learn the new culture but it will also help to unleash a bigger mind set for the future in me. This experience would also be very valuable and an asset for my career in the near future. In conclusion, I hope this application is given a great consideration from your side and if I am given with this financial support, I would be very grateful for this deed. Thank you.
